Pasta Bayam (Spinach Pasta)

 

Pasta Bayam

Bahan :

500 ml air
½ sdt garam
1 sdm minyak
250 gr indo macron (macaroni,spiral atau keong)


Saus Bayam :

2 sdm minyak zaitun
50 gr bawang Bombay cincang
2 sdm tepung terigu
500 ml susu putih
150 gr bayam, siram air panas, peras, iris halus
5 lbr daun kemangi segar, cincang
2 sdm keju, parut
½ sdt oregano kering
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam

 

Pelengkap :

4 sdm keju (boleh diparut, boleh juga dipotong dadu)
4 bh sosis ayam, potong panjang

 

Cara Membuat :

Rebus air, garam dan minyak, hingga mendidih. Masukkan pasta, masak hingga pasta lunak. Angkat, tiriskan

Saus bayam: panaskan minyak zaitun, tumis bawang bombai hingga layu. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata
Tuangi susu, aduk hingga kental dan mendidih
Masukkan bayam dan bumbu lainnya. Aduk hingga kental. Angkat
Taruh pasta dan sosis ayam dalam piring saji, tuangi saus bayam
Sajikan dengan dengan menaburi oregano kering dan keju

Spinach pasta

Ingredients:

500 ml of water
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
250 gr indo macron (macaroni, spiral or shell)


Spinach Sauce:

2 tbsp olive oil
50 g chopped onion
2 tablespoons flour
500 ml of white milk
150 g spinach, pour hot water, wring it out, thinly sliced
Lbr 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tbsp cheese, grated
½ tsp dried oregano
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt

Complement:

4 tbsp cheese (shredded allowed, may also diced)
4 pcs of chicken sausage, cut into long

How to Make:

Boil water, salt and oil, until boiling. Enter the pasta, and cook until soft . Remove and drain

Spinach sauce: heat the olive oil and saute the onion until wilted. Enter the flour, mix well
Pour the milk, stir until thick and boiling
Enter spinach and other spices. Stir until thick and lift
Put chicken and sausage in a serving dish, pour the spinach sauce
Serve with a sprinkle of dried oregano and cheese

Makaroni Tomyum (Macaroni Tomyum)

 

Makaroni Tom Yum

 

Bahan:
200 gram Indo Macron kerang, rebus matang
150 gram udang jerbung, kupas, belah punggungnya, dan sisakan ekornya
300 gram cumi, bersihkan, kerat-kerat, potong potong kotak
100 gram ikan kakap fillet, potong-potong
75 gram jamur merang, belah dua
2 batang serai, ambil putihnya, iris miring
5 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulangnya
2 cm lengkuas, iris
10 buah cabai rawit merah utuh
1 sendok makan kecap ikan
1.500 ml air kaldu udang, (air rebusan kulit dan kepala udang)
4 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
2 sendok teh gula pasir
3 sendok makan air asam (dari 1 1/2 sendok teh asam jawa dan 3 sendok makan air, larutkan)
4 tangkai daun ketumbar
50 ml cooking cream
1 sendok makan air jeruk lemon

 

Bahan Bumbu Tom Yam:
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
1/2 sendok makan ebi
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai kering

 

Cara membuat:
1. Bumbu tom yam, goreng ebi, bawang putih, dan cabai kering sampai harum. Angkat dan blender halus.
2. Rebus air kaldu udang, bumbu tom yam, serai, daun jeruk, dan lengkuas sampai harum.
3. Tambahkan udang, jamur merang, cabai rawit merah, kecap ikan, garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Masak sampai mendidih.
4. Masukkan makaroni Indo Macron kerang, air asam, daun ketumbar, dan cooking cream. Aduk rata. Tambahkan air jeruk lemon. Aduk rata.

Macaroni Tom Yum

Ingredients :
200 grams of Indo macron shell , boil well
150 grams shrimp , peeled , cut back , and leaving tails
300 grams of squid , wash , slice , cut into pieces
100 grams snapper fillets , cut into pieces
75 grams straw mushrooms , halved
2 stalks lemongrass , take the whiteness , sliced ​​in dice shape
5 pieces of lime leaves , chopped
2 cm galangal , sliced
10 pieces of red chili intact
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1,500 ml shrimp broth , ( water boiled shrimp shell and head )
4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons tamarind water ( from 1 1/2 teaspoon tamarind and 3 tablespoons of water , dissolve )
4 stalks cilantro
50 ml cooking cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Tom Yam Seasoning Ingredients :
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon dried shrimp
3 cloves of garlic
3 dried chilies

How to make :
1 . Tom Yum seasoning: fried dried shrimp , garlic and dried chilli until fragrant . Lift and smooth blender .
2 . Boil shrimp broth , Tom Yum seasoning , lemongrass , lime leaves , and galangal until fragrant .
3 . Add shrimp , mushroom , red chili sauce , fish sauce , salt , pepper , and sugar . Cook until boiled .
4 . Enter Indo macron macaroni shells , tamarind water , cilantro , and cooking cream . Stir well . Add the lemon juice . Stir well
